At the Grauer Wolf restaurant, values such as seasonality and regionality are paramount. A relaxed atmosphere is important to us. Regional products are cooked creatively and with dedication. A place where friends and family come together.
Together with a small team, our chef prepares an ever-changing selection of delicious dishes for you. We mainly use ingredients from regional partners. We do not use any unnecessary additives! We source the products and raw materials from Franconian wineries and breweries, regional producers, and in selected quality from the seasonally available range.
