Cancellation Policy

1. Once your hotel reservation has been confirmed in writing or verbally by our staff, the guest contract is considered concluded.
2. With the reservation, we guarantee the agreed room type. We will try to accommodate requests for specific rooms.
3. If you need to cancel your booking and we are unable to rent the room to another guest despite our best efforts, the following cancellation fees apply:
   In this case, 90% of the agreed price for overnight stays with or without breakfast must be paid.

Your room reservation is a guaranteed booking. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. If no written cancellation is received, we reserve the right to charge 90% of the total amount.

Fairs, Events, or Special Occasions:
For special event periods, such as trade fairs or scheduled civic festivals, direct reservations made via the website, phone, or email are subject to a cancellation period of seven days before arrival. If cancellation occurs within the cancellation period, 90% of the room price will be charged.

Group Reservations:
For special event periods, such as trade fairs or scheduled civic festivals, group reservations for more than six people are subject to a cancellation period of fourteen days before arrival. For special group requests, an individual group cancellation policy may be established. If this individual condition has been agreed upon at the time of booking, it will apply. If one or more rooms in a reservation are canceled within the agreed cancellation period, 90% of the room price will also be charged.
In special cases, a price change may occur due to a group booking.

4. Otherwise, the legal regulations apply.

5. Should you decide to depart early during your stay, the above cancellation fees will apply. However, a minimum charge of the full cost for the following night will be imposed.
