In our restaurant Grauer Wolf, aspects such as product quality, regional suppliers and a seasonal menu take centre stage. A relaxed and informal atmosphere is important to us. Regional products are transformed into modern dishes with creativity and passion. The Graue Wolf restaurant - a favourite place for friends and family.
Together with a small team, our chef prepares a changing selection of delicious dishes for you. We source our products and ingredients mainly from local producers of selected quality and seasonal availability. Our wine comes from the Franconian wine region and we source our beer from small breweries in the area.

We invite you to enjoy your meal in our restaurant, on our cosy terrace or in the Weller Stube. If you are coming with a larger group, we can also recommend the greenhouse as an adjoining room. In summer, we have set up our seating and parasols in front of the hotel.
